I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. My diverse clinical background has allowed me to walk with patients during some of the hardest days of their lives, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help others find hope and healing.

I pride myself on bringing a personable, approachable, and down-to-earth style to patient care. I believe that meaningful progress begins when patients feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely heard.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. Much of my career has involved caring for women, which has led to a special interest in the relationship between hormonal changes, lifestyle factors, and mood disorders.

My goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based treatment that respects each individual's unique experiences, values, and goals. Together, we can identify practical solutions and create a path forward that supports lasting mental wellness.
