      Alyssa Bramble

      Certified Physician Assistant

      Alyssa Bramble

Welcome to Future Psych Ketamine Clinics! My name is Alyssa Bramble and I am a Certified Physician Assistant who works at the mental wellness center in Myrtle Beach. I work under the supervision of Dr. Don DuBose, who is the founder and CEO of Future Psych Ketamine Clinics. I recognize the need for more mental health providers in our area and I am determined to meet my community and patient’s needs!

My goal is to improve the mental health functioning and wellbeing of all my patients! I work with my team to provide the most innovative and effective mental health treatments available. I focus on conventional outpatient services, such as medication management, for a variety of mental health disorders and I treat patients of all ages. I’m also involved in providing more advanced treatment options, such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and IV Ketamine therapy to help meet some of our community’s greatest mental health needs. These revolutionary therapies use state of the art methods to provide the most advanced treatment available. I believe in a patient-centered approach and I tailor treatment plans to match each individual.

I grew up in Kansas City, MO and I completed my Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia and my Master of Medical Science Physician Assistant degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Prior to joining Future Psych Ketamine Clinics, I was able to gain experience in different roles within the psychiatric and mental health field, including inpatient, private practice, and emergency rooms.

While in Kansas City, I recognized the need for mental health resources and the lingering stigma around mental health illnesses. In order to conquer the stigma and give back to my community, I partnered with the Missouri Department of Mental Health and worked on the MO-Hope project. The goal of the MO-Hope project is to provide opioid resource centers throughout the greater Missouri area in order to decrease opioid related deaths. With the federal grant we received, we were able to set up multiple Narcan distribution sites throughout Missouri so people in the community could have access to free opioid overdose treatment. Not only did we provide free access to Narcan, but we educated providers and members of the community on Opioid Use Disorder and were able to significantly reduce the number of opioid related deaths in Missouri.

      Chief Patient Coordinator

      Alyssa Decker

Welcome and I'm glad that you found us here at Future Psych Ketamine Clinics. My name is Alyssa Decker and I am the Chief Patient Coordinator here at our Myrtle Beach Location. I began working with Dr. DuBose and his team at the Columbia location in February of 2018 while in school full-time. I graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina-Columbia in December of 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Experimental Psychology. After graduating, I decided to move back to my hometown of Myrtle Beach. Luckily for me, Dr. DuBose had decided to open a practice here, where the need of mental health providers had been growing for years.

While in Columbia, I was able to work alongside some of the brightest minds in Mental Health Care. I've worked closely with the Future Psych Ketamine Clinics team to incorporate innovative and effective treatments for patients. I have worked in the front office making sure that everything from scheduling to patient satisfaction ran smoothly. As well as specializing in the treatment of Spravato (Nasal Ketamine) and also received my certification of treatment in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

On a more personal level, I was born in New York and was moved to Myrtle Beach when I was 4 years old. I've seen family members and friends’ struggling with mental health issues my whole life. I've always wanted to be able to help but it just seemed so far out of my reach when I was young. I decided in my late teenage years that I was going to be able to help anyone who struggled the way I saw the people that I loved struggling. So I went to school to learn more about why they struggle with these mental health issues and how I can help push them through to see better days. I am so grateful that I found Dr. DuBose and Future Psych Ketamine Clinics, so that I am able to do so.

I am so happy that you found us so that we can help you see better days, because they are ahead.

I believe that mental health is achieved through addressing all areas of each unique individual, including mind, body, and spirit. My specialty is medication management for a variety of mental health needs, across the lifespan. I recognize that there are many factors that contribute to the decision to treat with medicine. I want everyone I partner with to receive the tools they need to make a comfortable and informed choice. This approach involves time spent educating on options, potential side effects, and anticipated benefits of medication. In our sessions, we will also talk about non-medicinal options that will support your care and provide relief. Our initial appointment will be one hour in length, giving us time to get acquainted, and time to explore your symptoms, concerns, and treatment options.
